These terms govern your use of the DRIVYN website and the digital products and program sold on it. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Purchases are linked to the account used at checkout.

Products and pricing

DRIVYN sells digital products at four price levels: $17, $28, $33 and $100 (USD). Prices are shown clearly on each product page and at checkout.

• Every purchase is a single one-time payment. DRIVYN does not offer subscriptions, memberships, monthly fees or recurring billing, and will never charge you again for a past order.
• There are no hidden charges. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own fees, such as currency conversion.
• Bundles contain exactly the complete products listed on their product page.

Payment and access

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Access to your files and the course is granted only after Stripe confirms the payment to our server. If a payment fails or is reversed, access is not granted or is removed.

Licence

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own self-improvement. You may print copies for personal use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, publish or upload DRIVYN files or course content, or use them to create competing products. All content remains the intellectual property of DRIVYN.

Course content

The Complete Transformation is delivered as written lessons, exercises, assignments and downloadable worksheets. Lessons may include clearly marked slots for future companion videos; these videos are not part of the current product unless and until they are published. We may improve or correct course content over time.

Health and wellbeing disclaimer

DRIVYN content is general educational material about discipline, habits, productivity and personal development. It is not medical, psychological, nutritional or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise, nutrition or sleep program, especially if you have a medical condition. You take part in any physical activity at your own risk.

No guarantee of results

Results depend on your own effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access files, accounts or administrative areas you are not authorised to use, interfere with the service, or misuse discount codes.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DRIVYN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Independence

DRIVYN is an independent brand. Our content is original and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any athlete, author or public figure.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
