• Account information: your name, email address and an encrypted password when you create an account.
• Order information: the products you buy, order amounts, discount codes used and order status.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. DRIVYN never receives or stores your full card number. Stripe shares a payment reference and confirmation status with us.
• Learning progress: which lessons of the Complete Transformation program you have marked complete.
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact form.
• Technical information: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and request time) used for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account and deliver the products you buy.
• To verify payments and keep accurate order records.
• To save your course progress.
• To answer your questions and process refund requests.
• To protect the service against fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run DRIVYN: Netlify (hosting, authentication, database and file storage) and Stripe (payment processing). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Cookies

We use a strictly necessary authentication cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; order records required by law may be retained.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us through the contact page using the email address on your account.

Security

Passwords are never stored in plain text. Downloads and course content are only served after the server verifies your account and purchase. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
