About this product

Every day already has a routine. The only question is whether you designed it or whether it assembled itself out of habit, convenience and whatever arrived first on your phone. The Daily Routine Builder is a complete system for designing the first option: mornings and evenings that run on decisions made in advance, and a scheduling method that protects your most important work in between.

The guide teaches the mechanics, not slogans. You will learn the principles that make routines hold beyond the first fortnight, how to anchor them to fixed points in your day, how to sequence steps so each one leads to the next, and why every routine needs a minimum version for the days when everything goes wrong. It includes a clear plan for handling travel, late nights, illness and schedule changes, and worked examples of morning and evening routines for an early shift worker, a parent of young children and a student or office worker.

Three habit-building exercises — habit stacking, friction design and a structured two-week habit trial — give you a reliable method for adding new habits and deciding with evidence which ones to keep. The daily scheduling system shows you how to use time blocks and separate fixed from flexible commitments, with a short nightly, midday and weekly planning process.

The templates pack gives you everything to put it into practice: morning and evening routine templates, an hour-by-hour daily schedule, a weekly routine grid, a monthly habit tracker, and weekly and 30-day evaluation worksheets. Print them, fill them in and run your days on purpose.

Questions

Frequently asked

I have tried morning routines before and they never last. Why would this be different?

Most routines fail because they are designed for an ideal day: too long, too vague and with no plan for disruption. This system builds every routine around your real schedule, attaches it to fixed anchors, and gives it a minimum version for hard days, so a bad morning does not become an abandoned routine.

Do I have to get up early?

No. Consistency matters far more than an early hour. The guide shows you how to set your wake time by working backwards from what your day actually requires, and then keep it steady across the week.

I work shifts or have young children. Will this work for me?

Yes. Two of the six example routines are written specifically for an early shift worker and a parent of young children, and the guide covers creating your own anchors when your schedule is irregular or interrupted.

How long does it take to set up?

Around an hour to read the guide and draft your morning and evening routines, then about five minutes each evening to plan the next day and twenty minutes once a week for the weekly grid.

Is it printable?

Yes. You receive two PDFs: the guide and the templates pack. The templates are designed to be printed and reused, and you can print the daily schedule and habit tracker as often as you need.

How does this differ from the 30-Day Discipline Challenge?

The Discipline Challenge is a fixed thirty-day program of escalating daily challenges. The Routine Builder is a design system: it teaches you to build and maintain your own daily structure for the long term. They work well together, but each stands on its own.

Is this a one-time payment?

Yes. Every DRIVYN product is a single one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, memberships, renewals or recurring charges of any kind.
