About this product
The DRIVYN Fitness and Health Tracker is a complete, printable system for people who want their training to be measured rather than remembered. It gives you a structure for every session, every week and every block of twelve weeks — and it forces the one thing most people avoid: an honest record of what was actually done.
Inside you will find a practical training guide built on the principles that matter — progressive overload, sensible frequency and planned deloads — with three sample four-week schedules: strength-focused, conditioning-focused and hybrid. Choose the one that matches your goal, or use them as templates for your own plan.
The second document is the working tracker: a 12-week training schedule, workout log pages, body and performance measurements, weekly sleep logs, a recovery log, a 90-day consistency tracker and monthly reviews. Print it, keep it with your training gear and fill it in every day.
This is general fitness guidance, not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new training program, especially if you have an existing condition, injury or have been inactive. Then do the work, write it down and let the record hold you to the standard.

Questions
Frequently asked
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes. The guide explains every principle from first principles and each sample schedule can be scaled down by reducing sets, load or duration. If you are new to training, have an injury or a health condition, consult a qualified professional before you begin.
Do I need a gym?
The strength and hybrid schedules assume access to basic equipment such as a barbell, dumbbells and a pull-up bar. The conditioning schedule can be done with running, cycling, rowing or any sustained activity. The tracker itself works for any training you choose.
Can I use my own training program instead of the samples?
Yes. The logs, schedule and review pages are program-agnostic. Write your own plan into the 12-week schedule and record it in the workout logs exactly as you would with the samples.
Is this a printable or a digital product?
You receive two PDF files: a guide and a set of printable logs. Print the logs as often as you need, or fill them in on a tablet with any PDF annotation app.
Does this include nutrition or medical advice?
No. This is a general training and tracking system. It does not diagnose, treat or provide medical or dietary prescriptions. For individual advice on health, injury or nutrition, speak with a qualified professional.
What happens after twelve weeks?
Use your final monthly review to set the next block. Reprint the logs, carry your best numbers forward as the new baseline and start again with a slightly higher standard.
Is this a one-time payment?
Yes. Every DRIVYN product is a single one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, memberships, renewals or recurring charges of any kind.
