About this product
The 30-Day Discipline Challenge is a structured program for one purpose: doing what you said you would do, when you said you would do it, regardless of how you feel. No motivation speeches. No vague goals. Thirty days, five daily non-negotiables and one specific challenge every day.
The challenges progress through four phases. Take Control audits your time and protects your mornings. Remove the Exits strips out the comforts and distractions that quietly run your day. Pressure raises the load with longer efforts, earlier starts and harder conversations. Become It turns thirty days of behaviour into a standard you keep after the program ends — including a written plan for the bad days that will come.
Every day page tells you the challenge, the reasoning behind it, and exactly what counts as done. You tick an accountability checklist, score the day out of 10 and answer short reflection prompts. Weekly reviews after Days 07, 14, 21 and 28 show you the pattern behind the numbers, and the final review closes with a certificate you only sign if you earned it.
It comes as two printable PDFs: the full workbook and a scorecard pack built to sit on your wall where you cannot ignore it. Nobody checks your work but you. That is the point.

Questions
Frequently asked
Do I need to be fit to do this?
No. The training non-negotiable is 30 minutes of deliberate physical work at a level you choose, and every physical challenge is scaled to your ability. The rule is simple: scale the intensity, never the commitment to show up. If you have a health condition, choose activities appropriate for you.
What happens if I miss a day?
You record it honestly and continue. There are no make-ups and no skipping ahead. The only restart rule is this: two consecutive days scoring 3 or below sends you back to Day 01. One bad day is an event; two in a row is a decision.
How much time does it take each day?
The non-negotiables take roughly two hours including training and focused work, most of which you should be doing anyway. The daily challenge adds anywhere from a few minutes to around an hour, and the reflection and scoring take about five minutes each evening.
Can I start on any day of the week?
Yes. Weekly reviews are tied to challenge days, not calendar days. Many people start on a Monday for simplicity, but the best day to start is the one you can commit to immediately rather than postpone.
Is this printed or digital?
You receive two PDFs: the full workbook and the scorecard pack. Both are designed to be printed and written on, though you can use them on a tablet if you prefer. We recommend printing the scorecard and keeping it somewhere visible.
What happens after Day 30?
Day 30 is built around writing your next 90-day standard, so there is no gap between the program ending and your new standard beginning. You will leave with written non-negotiables, a minimum standard for bad days, and review dates already in your calendar.
Is this a one-time payment?
Yes. Every DRIVYN product is a single one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, memberships, renewals or recurring charges of any kind.
